If you take Paul’s writings out of the bible: You will be under the law and not under grace, you will be under God’s wrath for not keeping the law and not have the peace of God.  Rom 6:14, Rom 5:1

Phil 4:9 KJV   Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

1Cor 14:37 KJV   If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.

2Tim 2:7 KJV   Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things.

1Cor 11:1 KJV   Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.

We need to rightly divide God's word to get a good understanding of where and from whom in the bible we are to get our instructions to get saved by and to live by.  2Tim 2:15 KJB.  Yes, to ignore Paul is to ignore Jesus' instructions to people living on this planet today.
